Maybe they should focus on making their games they already have run a bit better first. There are many complaints about the game play in World of Tanks. The platoon aspect needs fixing so it is more fairly ranked.

Allegorithmic opens Substance Academy – a new powerful learning resource filled with free tutorials, from beginner to advanced level. These tutorials have been designed with a systematic approach in mind and are a great intro to learning Substance. You can find them all at the Substance Academy website. It’s free for everyone.
Substance Academy is a subsite of Allegorithmic.com where users can find a comprehensive series of video tutorials organized by level and software: ex. Beginner-level Substance Painter, or advanced-level Substance Designer. Game engine integration tutorials are also available for Unity, Lumberyard, and Unreal Engine. Users also have easy access to all Substance documentation and the Allegorithmic community forum from this new subsite.
Substance Academy launches with 25 courses. Courses range in length from approximately 25 minutes to 6+ hours. There’s something for everyone – users from beginner to intermediate to advanced, purely Substance or using Substance in game engines. If you want to get a handle on the fundamentals of PBR workflows or learning about UVs and texel density, you can follow those kinds of foundational tutorials, too. Courses are guided by Wes McDermott, Substance tutor and community manager extraordinaire. He has spent a ton of time creating Substance tutorials over the years and has really mastered the whole Substance ecosystem.
