A New Game Lets You Design With Lego Bricks in VR

In Bricks VR, you can create an entire world with LEGO bricks and then change the size of your builds and adjust player size to explore every inch of your creations.

Bricks VR early access for Oculus launches today so let us take a look at probably the most intriguing feature of the new game. Adjustable player size allows you to either turn into Thumbalina or grow yourself into Gulliver depending on what you want to explore. The player scaling feature makes it possible to get inside every crevice or walk around like a giant monster looking down on your surroundings. You can change the size of the objects, too: for instance, you can start by creating a miniature model of an airplane and then turn it into a full-size plane.

In Bricks VR, you can create a shared world together with your friends. You can then walk around your builds and open your world to the other users so that they can explore your creations, too. You can either allow them to make changes or make it a "view-only" type of environment.

The game is available on App Lab and Steam for $15. The initial launch will be Oculus-exclusive with support for more VR headsets coming soon.
