"We aren't going anywhere," stated TikTok CEO.

According to Shou Zi Chew, TikTok's CEO, the company plans to fight back against the US law that requires the platform's sale by ByteDance or a potential ban in the US
For those who could've missed what happened, the US Congress approved the bill in March, the Senate passed it on April 22, and President Biden signed it into law. Named the Protecting Americans From Foreign Adversary Controlled Applications Act, the law prohibits distributing, maintaining, or updating apps under Chinese control, such as ByteDance and TikTok.
"This unconstitutional law is a TikTok ban, and we will challenge it in court. We believe the facts and the law are clearly on our side, and we will ultimately prevail. The fact is, we have invested billions of dollars to keep U.S. data safe and our platform free from outside influence and manipulation," stated the team behind TikTok on Twitter. "This ban would devastate seven million businesses and silence 170 million Americans. As we continue to challenge this unconstitutional ban, we will continue investing and innovating to ensure TikTok remains a space where Americans of all walks of life can safely come to share their experiences, find joy, and be inspired."
The CEO himself states that TikTok isn't going away, so don't worry.
"Rest assured, we aren't going anywhere. We are confident and we will keep fighting for your rights in the courts."
