The company's employees can now choose where to work from.
CD Projekt, the developer of The Witcher and Cyberpunk 2077, announced that the company embraced a new flexible work model. From now on, CDPR's employees can choose between working from an office or remotely. According to the announcement, the decision was made so that workers could pick an option that would better fit their personal lifestyles. The new policy also includes "tie-bonding solutions and anti-burnout support".
