During E3 2017, Deep Silver and 4A Games finally announced Metro Exodus – the next chapter in the Metro games series. The game will be released in 2018 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. It looks gorgeous and features (first time in the series) and open world.

Apparently, after a quarter-century, the ruins of Moscow became sort of habitable. You can get out of the tunnels and start killing mosters under the sun. As Artyom, you must flee the Metro and lead a band of Spartan Rangers on an incredible, continent-spanning journey. You’re going to travel by train across post-apocalyptic Russia to the East. Look like an amazing journey.

Should be said, that the game won’t be an open world title in the sense of Skyrim or Horizon Zero Dawn. Instead, you’ll be following a story from one huge open level to the next. Your journey will take the entire year through spring, summer, autumn and nuclear winter. There will be more survival elements, which are incredibly trendy today. The world will feature dynamic weather and day/night cycles.

The game looks really interesting and in the upcoming months, we’re going to be featuring some making of articles, talking about the amazing production of this outstanding FPS.
