Apple has announced new iPad Pro and MacBook Air this Wednesday during the press-release. The new versions of the devices have some interesting technical features and solutions.

For instance, iPad Pro has been enhanced even more. The most fascinating improvement would be the cameras. The new iPad goes with The Wide and new Ultra Wide cameras that level up the photo and video quality. Additional improved sound features make the iPad a nice option for filmmaking. The new version also includes LiDAR scanner that scans 3D objects.

“The custom-designed LiDAR Scanner uses direct time of flight to measure reflected light from up to five meters away, both indoors and out. It works at the photon level, operates at nanosecond speeds, and opens up tremendous possibilities for augmented reality and beyond.”
