Revisiting a Cool Camera Feature from 2003 Ghosthunter

You can still nostalgically bump into objects with the camera.

What do you remember about Ghosthunter, a 2003 third-person shooter released on PlayStation 2? Its plot or perhaps gameplay mechanics? And have you ever tried walking through lamps? Well, you can't as, apparently, the camera in the game has a collider that bumps into whatever is in front of it – an interesting and unusual feature even today, rediscovered by Dan Pearce.

Is it useful? Hardly. Is it cool? Absolutely! Maybe it will even make you wipe off the dust from your PS2 and go capture some ghosts.

In case you're unfamiliar with the game, Ghosthunter tells the story of detective Lazarus Jones who tries to find his partner Anna Steele after accidentally releasing a bunch of ghosts. Controlling either Jones or the Astral spirit, you look for Steele and recapture the apparitions.
