A Co-Op Retro-Style 3D Shooter With Bloodborne Vibes

Take a look at Gunmetal Gothic, a shooter-RPG with a retro-3D aesthetic from a Solo Developer ynoham.

If you are tired of modern AAA titles but have already completed every old-school game imaginable, here's a cool title you should most certainly look forward to. Check out Gunmetal Gothic, an upcoming Godot-powered co-op shooter-RPG with retro-style 3D graphics being created by Solo Game Developer known as ynoham.

In Gunmetal Gothic, you play as an Anchorite, the final line of defense for the survivors of Vestige, a city overrun by invaders from another dimension. Your mission is to defeat those vile mechanical creatures, either solo or in a co-op mode, exploring a dark, stylized world in the process. Additionally, you have the freedom to customize your character with an assortment of weapons, spells, and gear, upgrading them to tackle even greater challenges.

Features:

  • Navigate and battle through the city of Vestige, solo or in a group of up to four players.
  • Choose your loadout with a point-buy system for diverse builds with meaningful trade-offs.
  • Unlock new equipment as you progress, and upgrade it with materials found in the world.
  • Achieve a high score by defeating enemies, collecting items, and finishing stages quickly.
  • Get nostalgic with a retro-3D aesthetic reminiscent of the consoles of the late 90s.
