Death’s Gambit: Fighting Bosses in 2D

The creators of Death’s Gambit action-RPG showed a number of very cool boss battles in a new trailer.

The new video of the pixel art game Death’s Gambit shows some breathtaking boss fights. Each boss in this game has a number of unique abilities and animations. Character design is amazing here. There’s not a single similar looking boss character here. Each has its own quirks and peculiarities, which makes fights even more interesting.

The developers also made a nice move with bringing bosses to life. So if you’ve killed the guy already, he will return to the battlefield as an optional enemy. If you have to finish him off again to get some rare drop. I’m not a fan of this torture, but there are probably people, who’d love that.

Death’s Gambit is created by a small studio called White Rabbit. Theese young guys are obsessed with great pixel art and vide games. Their project will be available for PC and PS4.
