Yesterday, Quantic Dream, the developer behind the adventure game Detroit: Become Human, took to Twitter and announced that its title achieved a new milestone by surpassing 9 million copies across PlayStation 4/5 and PC since its release. The company also stated that this year more than 1 million people bought Detroit: Become Human.

The team thanked all the players who had experienced the stories of the androids Connor, Kara, and Marcus and dived into the future where machines became more intelligent than human beings. Speaking of the game, Detroit: Become Human was warmly received by players, having a "very positive" status on Steam, with more than 94% positive feedback.

As for now, Quantic Dream is focused on developing a "multiple-character branching narrative game" set in the Star Wars universe, titled Star Wars Eclipse, promising that it'll differ from their latest project. In September, the team gave some updates on the game saying that it's not dead and it's progressing, but slowly.
