Their website does say that you can pay per image at $1 per image. I am in the opposite boat though. I could see this having a very significant effect on photogrammetry but I would need to process a few thousand images at a time which would not be very feasible with their current pricing model
To the developers. A very promising piece of software for a VFX supervisor like me. BUT, please reconsider your pricing tiers and introduce a per-image price. We are a pretty large facility, but I can only imagine needing about 1-10 images a month at the very most. It's like HDRI's - we buy them all the time, one at a time. They need to be individually billed so a producer can charge them against a particular job.
Codemasters announced that former Driveclub’s developers from Evolution Studios will join the company on April 25th 2016.
Codemasters and Evolution Studios are the studios behind many of the top AAA racing franchises in the industry like GRID, DiRT, Driveclub and MotorStorm. Without a doubt, this deal will lead to more phenomenal titles.
Mick Hocking, the GM and VP of Evolution Studios becomes VP Product Development at Codemasters and will be responsible for all of the company’s studios.
The success of F1 2015 and DiRT Rally over the last 12 months has re-positioned the company for growth. The addition of the Evolution team to our studio group will allow us to scale our business and strengthen our leadership as the world’s premier racing game developer. I’m thrilled to have Mick Hocking join Codemasters as VP of Product Development. His experience in building AAA IP and leading great teams made him a natural choice to head the development of all of our products.
