Epic Games Launches Summer of Unreal 2022

Don't miss your chance to boost your Unreal Engine skills with this free course from Unreal Authorized Training Partner INCAS Training.

Epic Games has introduced Summer of Unreal 2022, a new course that is set to teach you tricks and techniques in Unreal Engine.

Summer of Unreal is a free, four-week boot camp led by Unreal Authorized Training Partner INCAS Training. It is commissioned by Epic Games and delivered in collaboration with some of the best digital art schools in Europe including UTHub, Butic The New School, Skyup Academy, and online school CG Spectrum. Additional support is also provided by Promoteo Lab, Studio Kibitz, and Gameready.

The course will take place in an online format, and will be suitable for those who previously didn't have experience working with Unreal Engine. Although the organizers note that knowledge of 3D animation software and their workflows is required.

The course will teach you how to integrate real-time workflows into actual projects as well as how to move from the basics to higher-level skills.

This year's Summer of Unreal will include live-led and project-based instruction, a unique learning path to master the Unreal Engine animation workflow in a quick way, online classes and guest lectures, a capstone project workday each Friday, and a digital badge upon successful completion.

Summer of Unreal 2022 will run from July 25 to August 19, with classes starting at 9:00 AM CET. The applications are open now, although the number of spots is limited.

I'd love to see this available for people in other countries, such as Brazil and other countries in South America :)
