I like the render quality, look very realistic and well integrated with the plate Physics are quite fucked up in that sim, the shuttle goes trough the building as if it was air, the shuttle should get totally designated by the impact Also the full simulation seems to go in slow motion while the cars and people moves on real time The ground destruction looks cool too, and the concept is interesting

Free Parallax Materials For UE4

CG Spartans has shared a pack of free Parallax Occlusion master materials, and high-res stone textures for Unreal 4. You can use the set to add depth to the surfaces in your scene, seamlessly blend between multiple texture layers, or add puddles to your materials with vertex-blending.

Interested in quickly testing out some Parallax Occlusion Materials in Unreal Engine for free? I’ve made it easy, just download the project and watch a 2 minute long video that explains how to get them set up.

Once installed, you’ll have the option of blending between multiple sets of textures, and also blending puddles that conform to the shapes of your textures.

The pack also includes 3 high-resolution stone texture sets (height, normal, albedo, roughness, AO, metallic passes for each).

I noticed there is a black flickering on the material when view from certain angles any idea how to fix that or what could be causing it.

Don’t know if you’re still having this issue but it’s fixed by enabling “Specify Manual Texture Size” and then playing with the “Manual texture size” input until it seems right.
