God of War Reports 10 Million Sales

Another huge milestone for the best game of the previous year — God of War PS4 has passed the 10 million sales milestone. Before Marvel’s Spider-Man hit the market, it was reported that the latest Kratos story was the fastest selling first-party title in the PlayStation’s history, when it sold 5 million copies in its first month.

The thing is that the number has doubled, and during the latest presentation from Sony, the team revealed that God of War has sold over 10 million units, so it’s now in the elite club with Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End and The Last of Us Remastered as one of the best selling exclusives. A few months ago, we found out that Spider-Man PS4 has sold over 9 million copies, so we’re looking forward to getting the same news from the Spidey team in the nearest future.

Sony appears to be happy about the growth of its first-party studios and games, and it is ready to expand its worldwide studios in the future. Don’t forget to celebrate the news with the recent feature-length documentary on the path of Kratos.
