Project Elea – First Person Storytelling Adventure

Kyodai, game studio from Bulgaria released the debut teaser of a project called Project Elea. It is an interactive storytelling adventure, which is said to be inspired by the works of the 20th century sci-fi authors. Prject Elea studies the origins of human existence and the identity in the context of intestellar travel and the wake of omniscient A.I. Kyoday develops its project using Unreal Engine 4 to create unique VR and non-VR experience.

Player will control voyager 1231 River Elea Catherine Jones, who finds herself left alone on a gigantic ship. She has to solve the mystery of missing crew and help the omniscient A.I. called Kazumi battle eccentric invasive intelligance that tries to seize the control of starship Pilgrimage II. To make things worse in the process main character regains some of her memories to understand she has to deal with personal tragedy. It is reported that Project Elea has fully explorable world created with Unreal Engine 4, dramatic story, tons of logic puzzles and many more to attract gamers.

Team of Kyoday Ltd. has beeen into such games as Soma, The Vanisihing of Ethan Carter and Gone Home, which inspired its members to create their own title. To add to the atmosphere developers decided to use VR beacuse of the level of immersion. Currently, Project Elea is announced exclusively for PC, though, the team hopes to release Project Elea on other major platforms.
