NVIDIA studio has released a new driver with a focus on creative app updates, including Adobe Premiere Rush and Premiere Pro.

A few cool features:

  • Adobe Premiere Rush supports Auto Reframe which was previously available on Premiere Pro only. With Auto Reframe, the most important part of the shot will be in the frame, no matter how you change the format and edit the video.
  • Premiere Pro public beta now has Scene Edit Direction, a new Adobe Sensei AI feature empowered by NVIDIA GPUs that will help editors find the cuts in the final files.
  • Blender users can render their scenes with OptiX using older GPUs and systems with a mix of RTX and non-RTX GPUs.
  • V-Ray 5 GPU is available for Maya where artists can render using NVIDIA CUDA and work with large scenes. The update also brings GPU-empowered features for lighting, materials, and color workflows.
  • A digital photography plugin BorisFX Optics for simulating optical camera filters, lenses, film stocks, and grain as well as for lighting editing.
