Recreating a Scene from S.T.A.L.K.E.R. with Megascans Assets

For this week's digest, we got inspired by a recent release of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 trailer and picked a few assets that will come in handy if you want to recreate a scene from S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl or to create an inspired-by project. Take a look!

1. Stained Concrete Ceiling

The stained concrete ceiling will be a perfect choice if you're working on the interior scene. With spots, uneven gray color, and scratches, it will do its job to set up the vibe of an abandoned place.

2. Rusty Painted Metal Sheet

Chernobyl has been a dangerous place for humans to visit for over 30 years now. For sure, all painted walls or interior details don't look as fresh as they were. Peeling paint from any surface adds the creepiness to any place and shows off the human's absence. 

3. Locker Doors

Whether it's a school building, a factory, or even kindergarten, we can see such lockers everywhere even now. To bring the storyline to your project, we suggest adding these locker doors with rust and water spots.

4. Electrical Box

The electrical box will also be a good addition to the environment and will take the role of the sign that humans were there before. With the worn-out look, it will definitely fit in the scene.

5. Mossy Asphalt

And for the last one, mossy asphalt will be essential for parks or yards production. No one walks there on a regular basis. Feel free to add some road lines that will show through the moss to bring a bit of realism to it. And there you are!
