Vinícius Cortez has recently released his Tree Bark material created in Substance Designer. The pack on Gumroad will let you study the graph to learn something new or you can just use the substance for your scenes.
Study the Graph or use the Procedural Material
Import it into Game Engines that has support for Substance from Allegorithmic
Or export the maps using Substance Player (free)
.sbs and .sbsar files
Please note that Substance Designer 2017.2.1 or newer is required, plus Substance Player for a .sbsar file.
