Here is something to speed up your character creation process in ZBrush and other tools from Joaquin Cossio. The artist has shared a nice base mesh for your 3D people. The low poly mesh contains all the essential elements, so just grab the file and start adding details.
First, there is a .ztl version of the mesh for ZBrush here.
You can also get the .obj version if you don’t have the tool here.
